Payment:

Payment is made through paypal and the corals will remain for sale until you complete the paypal transaction.

UK Delivery:

Upon receipt of payment for your corals & postage, I will email you to arrange postage to a delivery address, of which someone will need to be present to sign for.

All corals will be sent in a twin walled cardboard box, polybox, voidfill & a 40hr heatpack (during cold weather), twin bagged with each coral wrapped in filterfloss (where possible) and sent via "Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed (1pm)"..

Postage Costs

(1) 1-4 Postage points (pp) £9.00 - Corals with the Postage points not exceeding 4 - Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm).

(2) 5+ Postage points (pp) £14.00 - Corals with the Postage points not exceeding 5+ - Shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm).

(3) APC Overnight Couriers £14 - Any amount of corals shipped via APC.

(4) Order Update £0.00 (actuallly £0.01 as the system does not allow £0.00) - Use this option when you are adding to an existing order.

(5) International Shipping (see below)

Smaller orders will be shipped via "Royal Mail Next Day (1pm) Special Delivery, whereas larger/heavy orders will be shipped via "APC Overnight".

Once you have finished selecting your corals, proceed to your basket to view the chosen corals & simply add the correct shipping option and check out. Corals will not be shipped until correct & full postage payment have been received.

Please remember to select the appropriate shipping option from the dropdown box on the Shopping Cart page according to the number of corals you have brought & press the "Plus Button", otherwise shipping is not added and this could delay your order.

European Delivery: - Shipped every Tuesday

We are now able to provide a "Next Day" delivery service to selected European countries via "FedEx International Priority". Please email us for a competative shipping quote.

Once you are happy with the shipping quote, simply add your chosen Corals to the basket and add the shipping option "6 - International Shipping" to your order and pay via "PayPal".

Upon receipt of payment for your corals, we will contact you to arrange the payment for shipping charges and delivery of your corals. we will post to an agreed delivery address, of which someone will need to be present to sign for. We can not be held responsible for non deliveries.

All orders will be sent on Tuesday via "FedEx International Priority" and are guaranteed for next day delivery before 12pm (were possible). We will also guaranteed live arrival on the arranged day of delivery and take every procaution to ensure live arrival even if delayed, but we can not be held responsible for delays once out of the UK or additional costs incurred by your countries customs.

If you discover a problem with your corals, please contact us a.s.a.p on the arranged day of delivery.
